Syed M. Zaffer, M.D. is board certified in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (Physiatry) & Electromyography/Neuromuscular diseases.

After graduating from Elphinstone college in Bombay, India, Dr Zaffer completed a residency in physical medicine & rehabilitation at Indiana University School of Medicine. Dr Zaffer did a one-year fellowship in Electrodiagnostic medicine & neuromuscular diseases at the Cleveland clinic. He has worked as a staff physiatrist with the Rehabilitation Institute of Chicago. His practice focus includes the management and rehabilitation of work injuries, neuromuscular diseases, sports injuries, geriatric rehabilitation and interventional pain management.

Dr. Zaffer believes in fostering a strong physician-patient relationship to achieve maximum goal directed functional outcomes.Dr. Zaffer lives with his wife and three children in Lombard, IL

Tariq Ahmed, D.C. is a board certified doctor of Chiropractic Medicine. He received his degree from the National College of Chiropractic Medicine. He is also a certified acupuncturist and an American red cross certified back instructor. He believes in the holistic approach to patient care and lays emphasis on educating patients about their illness and injury prevention. Dr. Ahmed lives with his wife and three children in Bartlett, IL.
